Bob Earley graduated with an Honours BA degree from the Business Administration program at the University of Western Ontario in 1969. After five years with Toronto Dominion Bank, Bob joined a national accounting firm in Mississauga where he obtained his chartered accountancy designation in 1976. With roots in the surrounding rural area, Bob and his family relocated to London shortly thereafter.

After several years as a partner with a national accounting firm, Bob joined Zarisky Penny in 1999 where he continued to provide attention in the accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services for his diverse owner-managed small business client base. The merger of NPT will allow Bob to access the further business skills of the combined firm to enhance client service.

Bob is active in the community primarily through his membership in St. Johns # 20 Masonic Lodge and in Rotary Club of London, where he served as President in 1999 - 2000 and continues to serve as Treasurer of the London Sports Celebrity Dinner since 1994. Previously, Bob has been a director with London Chamber of Commerce and Western Fair Association; Secretary - Treasurer of Western Ontario Aberdeen Angus Association for several years and President of Oakwood Park Association, a ratepayer association for the community where Bob and his family own a summer cottage.
