As senior partner in the firm, Barrie provides considerable expertise as a resource for our clients. He is able to help today's entrepreneurs by applying his extensive knowledge in financing, business plans, manufacturing, health care, education and the not-for-profit sector.

Barrie graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics. In 1972 he earned his Chartered Accountant's designation from the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants. After spending many years honing his skills and helping to build Canada's largest national accounting firm, he moved on in 1993 to become one of the founding partners in      NPT LLP.

Barrie believes that clients appreciate the kind of personal attention that NP&T gives them. By taking their problems and focusing on obstacles as well as opportunities, NP&T helps to find the best solutions. NPT LLP is doing business differently because they feel their clients are facing more competitive situations in a faster-moving economic environment. It remains of utmost importance to Barrie to be accessible and responsive to his clients.

Barrie is actively involved in the community through his work with the London Community Foundation, the Salvation Army, the Rotary Club of London South and Colborne Street United Church.
