Ashok holds numerous designations, including Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), Certified Public Accountant (Illinois), Certified Business Valuator with the Canadian Institue of Chartered Business Valuators. Ashok is also accredited in Business Valuation and certified in Financial Forensics from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has formely worked as a senior executive both in Kenya and Zimbabwe, as well as with a larger international accounting firm in London, England and London, Ontario.

Ashok has a wide range of experience with owner-managed enterprises, manufacturing and international trade. Because of his focused expertise in business valuation, he has years of experience providing valuation and buy / sell of business enterprises, dental practices, management buy - outs, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, asset / share purchase and sales, marital separation engagements and corporate finance advisory services.

Ashok was a former board member of Well Spring Foundation, London. He is a board member of the North American Konkani Association and a founding member of North American Foundation. He is heavily involved in the Konkani Association of Ontario, which brings together people from his home region of southern India.
