Peter has been actively involved in the field of accounting throughout his professional career, obtaining his CGA designation while employed at KPMG , a national public accounting firm, in London, Ontario. He has a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo.

Peter has been with Neal, Pallett & Towsend LLP , in the position of senior manager since January 1998, providing advice and support to owner-managed operations and a wide variety of health care professionals throughout the province of Ontario.

Peter is a strong advocate in supporting his local community, having served as Treasurer and Financial Advisor on several not-for-profit and charitable organizations, such as Big Sisters of London, Heritage London Foundation, Forward House and The John Gordon Home.
