Ken Arding graduated from Confederation College in 1989 with the President’s Medal in Accounting and Finance Administration. He obtained his Certified General Accountants designation in 1991 while practicing with a public accounting firm in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Prior to joining Neal, Pallett & Townsend LLP, Ken was senior partner for thirteen years with an accounting firm in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Ken’s primary focus is providing accounting, tax and consulting services to owner-managed businesses and professionals. He also provides audit and special consulting services to not-for-profit organizations. His varied range of clients includes those from the retail and service industries, as well as professional health care professionals.

Ken believes in giving back to the community he lives in. Previously, he has served on various boards including Chair of the Business Accounting Committee for Confederation College as well as past-education representative for the Certified General Accountants Association Thunder Bay Chapter. His passion for success coaching and teaching has resulted in Ken being asked to deliver formal presentations on various business subjects.

Ken is married, has two young daughters and believes in the fundamentals of living a balanced lifestyle. For fun, Ken enjoys music and has experienced some success as a professional drummer for various rock bands over the past twenty years. He looks forward to serving the community in London both professionally and in various volunteer positions.
